2 hour hyper-focused zoom session - find a safe and quiet space in your home so you won't be interrupted, and grab that box of kleenex, because things might get messy!
Write out the details of your most persistent 'story' and email to Stacie-Rae prior to your session so we can intuitively neutralize the most intrusive emotionally 'charged' aspects and see the situation or event clearly.
This time is for YOU, don't have somewhere to be later, because you may need that time to integrate a major A-HA! moment and nurture your inner child.
Healing is done in layers, so be ready to see another energy come up that might be hiding behind this particular 'holding' pattern.
