*one example - Gavin loved the idea of kintsugi and found me through an internet search on kintsugi healing - in our zoom session, the process brought us to that he was "always good enough, and a tiger can't change his stripes!" - so of course, he got a slick tiger tattoo over his heart to remind him that his stripes make him amazing and full of love!
Now, every time he sees that tattoo, he gets a subconscious affirmation that he was perfectly created and screw the people who don't value his stripes!
